Ingredients (makes approximately 2 dozens):
55 grams of butter
90 grams of milk or water
60 grams of flour
2 eggs
chocolate
Step 1. Preheat oven to 356 degrees fahrenheit.
Melt butter and milk/water in low heat.
Step 2. When the mixture has melted completely, add flour and beat into a dough.
Once finished, cook in low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3. Let the pan cook off a little bit and whip the dough with eggs.
Step 4. Put the mixture into a plastic bag and squeeze them out into little balls.
Gently press down the tip with your finger (to prevent making pointy choux) and spray a little bit of water.
Bake for 20 minutes and leave in for 5-10 minutes before taking them out.
Step 5. Meanwhile, add chocolate and a bit of milk for soft filling.
Step 6. Once the baby choux are cooled down and hard enough, make a small hole on the bottom of a choux and fill in the chocolate filling.
Prepare when the chocolate filling is completely cooled.
Enjoy with milk!
Oh my gosh these look so delicious!! Thank you always for these recipes, ever since I found your blog, my partner and I are always going onto it to look at the recipes and make them ourselves! We’ve made some delicious meals that we are actually proud of! Your recipes are so helpful and simple enough to follow, perfect for college students like us figuring out how to cook things on our own and being super busy (and lazy :P). Thank you!
Oh!! And I forgot to add, I’m Korean and I never attempted to make full meals myself when I was living with my mother. So finding this blog is really amazing for me, as a lot of other Korean cooking sites/blogs require a lot of other complicated steps with ingredients/cooking materials that I just can’t get to/can’t afford. Plus you put up other easy non-Korean recipes too, which are really helpful for college kids. Anyway, I can’t wait to try making these, I loved eating 홈런볼s growing up with the cheesy shiny, green packaging and kid playing baseball on it. Okay bye!
Aww I’m glad that my posts helped! I’m not good at making my food/pictures nice and fancy, but it’s amazing to see some people who actually benefit from them. Thank you, your comment really inspired me to keep up with my posts –please do let me know how it turns out! 🙂
congratulations all for the excellent text – very good
