Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 serving of cooked rice
meat/seafood of choice (bacon, ham, shrimp, etc.)
vegetable of choice (onion, carrot, paprika, zucchini, broccoli, mushroom, etc.)
1 egg
1 spoon of oyster sauce

Step 1. Prepare your choice of meat/seafood into small pieces and cooke in a pan.

I used ham and turkey bacon because that’s what I had in my refrigerator.

Step 2. Prepare your choice of vegetable into small pieces and add to the pan.
Add a spoon of oyster sauce once the meat/seafood and vegetable is completely cooked.

I used red onion, mushroom, zucchini, and carrot.

Step 3. Place the meat/seafood & vegetable mix onto one side and make an egg scramble on the other side of the pan.

Step 4. Add a serving of cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
