3 Ingredient Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: (1 serving): 1 cup of milk of your choice 1/2 avocado 1 teaspoon of sweetener of choice (I used vanilla almond milk and agave syrup!) Step 1. Cut the avocado into cubes and blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy! You can also blend in some ice cubes to make your smoothie more crunchy.
