Corn cheese is a popular dish consumed with alcohol in the Korean culture.
Not only is it delicious, but it is also super easy to make!
1 can of sweet corn (or 2 cobs of corn, cooked)
1 small can of sweet pea (optional)
50 grams of mozzarella cheese
64 grams of mayonnaise
Step 1. Add a generous amount of butter into the pan and let it melt in medium high heat.
Step 2. Add a can of sweet corn (and the sweet peas) and cook until golden brown.
If you used cobs of corn like I did, remove the corns from the cob after it’s been cooked and add 10 grams of sugar.
Step 3. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Step 4. Top with a generous amount of cheese and let it sit in low heat until the cheese is completely melted.
Enjoy, preferably with some soju cocktail 🙂 !
