Yak gochujang (fried gochujang; 약고추장) is a cooked red pepper paste with beef that can solely be enjoyed with rice.
Once you make a batch, you can store it in the refrigerator for a long time as well.
100g of ground beef
1 spoon of soy sauce
1 spoon of sugar
1 spoon of minced garlic
1 spoon of salt with sesame seed
1 spoon of sesame oil
100ml of gochujang
3 spoons of honey
Step 1. Add ground beef, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, salt with sesame seed, and sesame oil into a saucepan.
Step 2. Cook in medium heat and mix thoroughly so that the meat won’t clump until it is completely cooked.
Step 3. Add gochujang and honey and mix thoroughly.
Top with egg and enjoy with dried seaweed!
