Ingredients: (makes 2 small pancakes)
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of cold water
seafood or meat of choice (optional)
Step 1. Mix flour and cold water together in a bowl.
Using cold water will make the pancake more crispy.
Step 2. Add a preferable amount of kimchi, vegetable, and seafood or meat of choice.
Koreans like to add green onion, red pepper, onion, and carrots for extra vegetable,
tuna can or octopus for seafood, and bacon for meat.
In this picture, I added jalapeño and a small can of tuna.
Step 3. To save time and dishes to wash, cut them into small pieces by using a pair of scissors.
Step 4. Add a bit of vegetable oil in a pan and cook until both sides of the pancake is completely cooked.
