How to Cook a Dungeness Crab

Ingredients (2 servings):

1 dungeness crab, live
a pitcher of beer

For Dungeness Crab Fried Rice (2 servings):

vegetable oil
2 servings of cooked rice
1 spoon of sesame oil
1 spoon of soy sauce
green onion

Step 1. Rinse the crab in running water and remove the bands on its legs if there is any.

Step 2. Pour the entire pitcher of beer into the pot.

Step 3. Boil in medium heat for 30 to an hour, or until the crab is completely cooked.

When done with eating the legs, Koreans usually like to eat the body part of the crab with rice.

Step 4. Scrap all the bits and pieces of meat inside the body of the crab.

Step 5. Heat a small pan with vegetable oil and add the remaining parts of the crab.

Step 6. Add 2 servings of rice, green onion, 1 spoon of sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
