This is another fast on-the-go recipe that super easy and delicious!
I’ve only added egg on this post, but you can put any kinds of veggies, meat, or seafood that you think it’d go well with your egg fried rice!
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 serving of cooked rice
1 spoon of sesame oil
1-1.5 spoon of soy sauce
Step 1. Put rice and 2 eggs into a pan and stir thoroughly as you cook them in medium heat.
Step 2. Add a spoon of sesame oil and 1 to 1.5 spoon of soy sauce
Top with kimchi, dried seaweed, cooked spam, etc.
