Ingredients (2 servings):
1/4 of a whole kimchi
5-6 strips of bacon
1 can of tuna (optional)
red pepper powder (optional)
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of kimchi liquid (김치국물)
1/2 spoon of crushed garlic
red pepper or jalapeño
Step 1. Cook bacon (and/or oil drained from a tuna can) in a saucepan.
Step 2. When the bacon is completely cooked, add kimchi, green onion, and a spoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Step 3. Add a cup of water, 1/3 cup of kimchi liquid, 1/2 spoon of crushed garlic, and jalapeño.
Add the rest of the tuna in this step if you poured the oil in tuna can in Step 1.
Step 4. Add tofu and stir until completely cooked.
