Ingredients (1 serving):
2 slices of toast
2 medium eggs or 1 large egg
1 slice of cheese (optional)
1 slice of ham and/or bacon (optional)
Step 1. Shred desirable amounts of vegetable and meat.
Step 2. Whisk up an egg or two with the shredded vegetable and meat in a bowl.
Step 3. Grease a pan with vegetable oil and cook the mixture in medium high heat.
Step 4. Meanwhile, place 2 slices of toast into a toaster and sandwich the egg pancake between the two slices of toast.
