Ingredients (1 serving):
2 cups of water
a handful of dried anchovies
1 serving of rice cake
1 serving of fish cake
2 spoons of gochujang (고추장; red chili paste)
2 spoons of sugar & 2 spoons of oligosaccharide
(can be replaced with: 3 spoons of sugar or 4-5 spoons of oligosaccharide)
1 spoon of soy sauce
Step 1. Put dried anchovies in a pot of water and boil for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Fill up a bowl of rice cake with water and microwave for around 3 minutes to make soft.
Step 3. Prepare fish cake and vegetable by cutting them into small, edible sizes.
Step 4. Throw out the anchovies and add rice cake, fish cake, and vegetables in high heat.
Step 5. Prepare the sauce.
Step 6. Add the sauce into the pan as well and continue to cook until it has high viscosity.
