Ingredients (1 serving):
1 serving of rice cake
1/2 spoon of crushed garlic
bell pepper (optional)
4 spoons of soy sauce
1 1/2 spoon of sugar
Step 1. Prepare all vegetables into thin slices and stir-fry with 1/2 spoon of garlic until onion is caramelized.
Step 2. Fill a bowl of rice cake with water and microwave for 3 minutes, or until the rice cake is soft.
Step 3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together.
Step 4. Once the vegetable is cooked, put rice cake and the sauce into the pan and stir-fry in medium heat.
