Ingredients (1 serving):
1/2 can of Spam
2 cups of water
3-4 dried anchovies
a handful of sliced onions
6-7 slices of green onion
2 spoons of soy sauce
a sprinkle of pepper
dried seaweed (optional)
Step 1. Pour water into a pot and cook dried anchovies for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Meanwhile, prepare onion and green onion.
Step 3. Cut 1/2 can of Spam into thin slices and cook in a pan or an airfryer in 370 degrees for 7 minutes.
Step 4. After when Spam is cooked, remove the anchovies and put onion, green onion, and Spam into the pot.
Step 5. Whisk up an egg and pour inside the pot along with 2 spoons of soy sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
Sprinkle dried seaweed if desired and enjoy with rice and kimchi.
