This is one of the super easy Asian-American fusion recipes that you can whip up with Spam.
If you do not like Spam for any reason, you can replace it with a can of tuna and it will be perfectly fine as well.
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 serving of cooked rice
1/2 can of Spam
1 spoon of mayonnaise
dried seaweed (optional)
2 spoons of soy sauce
1 spoon of sugar
2 spoons of water
Step 1. Whisk up an egg and spread it onto a pan and cook in low heat as you would make a crepe.
Once the egg is cooked, place it somewhere else and let it cool.
Step 2. Cut 1/2 can of Spam into small cubes and cook it in a pan or an airfryer in 370 degrees for 7 minutes.
Step 3. Put 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 2 spoons of water in a pot and heat just until the mixture starts to boil.
Step 4. Pour the mixture over a serving of cooked rice.
Step 5. Cut up the egg and place it along with Spam and a spoon of mayonnaise over the rice.
Top with dried seaweed and enjoy with kimchi!
