Spaghetti Aglio E Olio Recipe

Ingredients: (2 servings)

2 servings (200g) of spaghetti
1.5 liters of water
olive oil
salt
parsley
4-5 peperoncini or any alternative peppers
10-12 garlic or crushed garlic
parmesan cheese (optional)

Step 1. Boil spaghetti as directed, but add a 1/2 spoon of salt to make the spaghetti savory.
Boil for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, or until the spaghetti is completely cooked.

I used two different kinds of spaghetti because I was running out of my first bag.

Step 2. Cook garlic and peperoncini with olive oil.
Once they are all cooked, add parsley, salt, and more olive oil.

I used jalapeños in replace of peperoncini, which was perfectly fine.

Step 3. Place the cooked spaghetti into the pan and stir well.
Add a spoon of water from the pot that cooked spaghetti if the spaghetti looks too dry.
Add a little bit more of olive oil and/or salt if necessary.

Step 4. Top with parsley and/or parmesan cheese (optional).
