Ingredients: (2 servings)
a handful of dried anchovies
2 1/2 cup of water
1 1/2 spoon of doenjang (된장; fermented soy bean paste)
2/3 spoon of ssamjang (쌈장; seasoned bean paste)
1/2 spoon of gochujang (고추장; red chili paste)
2 peppers or jalapeños
Step 1. Heat dried anchovies in a pot until its fishy smell is gone.
Step 2. Pour 2 1/2 cup of water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove the anchovies afterwards.
Step 3. Meanwhile, cut up the vegetables into small chunks and slices.
Step 4. Add paste and potato into the pot and stir well. Continue to heat in medium high heat.
Step 5. Add tofu when the potato is completely cooked, and boil for few more minutes until tofu is cooked.
