This is an extremely easy recipe that requires an airfryer.
If you do not have an airfryer, you can still cook with a regular oven or grill.
However, it may not make the dish as crispy as you can make with an airfryer.
Ingredients: (1 serving)
2 pieces of chicken breast or thigh
Step 1. Place the frozen chicken into the airfryer and cook in 370 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Meanwhile, cut up a desirable amount of onion, mushroom, and zucchini into thin, but big slices.
Make sure the vegetables are cut up in bigger sizes than usual, because the airfryer will shrink them.
Step 3. Add vegetables into the airfryer and cook in 370 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Remove everything from the airfryer and pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
Enjoy with rice.
