Ingredients: (2 servings)
1 spoon of butter (optional)
1 spoon of oyster sauce
1 cup of kimchi
meat or seafood of choice (pork, ham, Spam, tuna)
2 servings of cooked rice
2 eggs or 2 slices of cheese (optional)
Step 1. Chop a cup of kimchi into small pieces and cook with
a spoon of butter, a spoon of oyster sauce, and meat or seafood of your choice.
Stir in medium high heat until everything is cooked.
I usually use a small can of low sodium tuna, but I personally think it goes best with spam.
Step 2. Add 2 servings of cooked rice and continue to stir in medium high heat.
Place in bowls or plates when finished.
Step 3. Cook 2 eggs sunny side up and top over the rice.
A slice of cheese is a good alternative as well.
