This juice cleanse recipe was introduced by Mi-Jin Kwon,
a Korean comedian that is famous for losing 112.2 lbs by her particular juice cleanse diet.
I have personally lost over 15 lbs by drinking this as well, and I have also seen changes in my skin tone and condition.
However, I would like to recommend this drink to not only dieters, but also to anyone who is interested in eating healthy.
This is a great way to consume your daily amount of vegetables and fruits,
and also a healthier alternative to breakfast or sugary drinks like coffee and smoothies.
Ingredients: (2 servings)
1/4 of lettuce
Step 1. Wash all vegetables in running water and cut them in small pieces.
I usually cook about a week’s worth at once for my convenience.
Step 2. Fill a pot with water and place in high heat.
Step 3. Put vegetables inside the pot and cook until carrots and broccoli stems are softened.
Step 4. Let it cool down and place it inside the refrigerator until cold.
In each of the small containers, I put a serving of vegetable juice and keep them refrigerated.
Step 5. Cut a banana and an apple into small pieces.
Step 6. Put the vegetable juice, banana, and apple inside a blender and blend until the mixture is completely liquified.
