Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 servings of tomato sauce
2 servings of cooked rice
2 pieces of chicken breast or thigh (or shrimps)
1/2 of zucchini
2 slices of cheese
crushed pepper (optional)
Step 1. Spray vegetable oil and put desired vegetables and meat (or seafood) into the pan and cook in medium heat.
Step 2. When the meat (or seafood) is cooked,
pour 2 servings of tomato sauce and 2 servings of cooked rice into the pan and continue to stir in medium heat.
Step 3. Sprinkle crushed pepper and/or parsley if desired.
Step 4. Serve in a bowl and place a slice of cheese.
