Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 blocks of Golden Curry Sauce Mix
2 servings of rice
2 pieces of chicken thigh or breast
1-2 jalapeños (optional)
1/2 cup of milk
Step 1. Chop 2 pieces of chicken thigh or breast, 1 potato, 1 mushroom, onions, carrots,
and 1-2 jalapeños (optional) into small pieces and place in a pot along with 1/2 cup of milk.
Stir in medium heat.
Step 2. In each of the Golden Curry Sauce Mix box, there are 2 plastic containers with 4 blocks of curry in each container.
Cut the curry blocks into 4 and take 2 of them out.
Step 3. When chicken looks cooked, place 2 curry blocks into the pot
and continue to stir in medium heat until the blocks are completely melted.
Pour over rice.
I always eat my homemade curry with kimchi (even with the extra hot flavor and jalapeños!).
