Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 pieces of chicken thigh or breast
2 servings of rice
1/4 of onion
1/2 cup of water
dried seaweed (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
2 spoons of gochujang (고추장; red chili sauce)
3 spoons of red pepper powder
1 spoon of crushed garlic
1 spoon of soy sauce
1 spoon of sugar
1/2 spoon of sesame oil
Step 1. Combine 2 spoons of gochujang (고추장; red chili sauce), 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of crushed garlic,
1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of sesame oil into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2. Chop 2 pieces of chicken thigh or breast, 1/4 of onion, and 1-2 jalapeños into small pieces and place in a pan.
Then add the sauce and mix in low heat.
Step 3. Add a 1/2 cup of water and cook in medium heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
Step 4. Pour the sauce onto a plate and place rice and an egg. Garnish with dried seaweed and sesame seeds if desired.
