Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients: (6 servings)

3 pounds of chicken wings
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon of pepper

For sauce:

5 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of sriracha
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of lime juice (optional)
lime wedges (optional)

Step 1. Preheat oven to 400F and dry chicken wings with paper towels.

Step 2. Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of butter,
1 tablespoon of garlic powder (optional), 3 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper in a bowl and mix well.

I microwaved the bowl for 15 seconds to melt all the butter.

Step 3. Coat the mixture onto the wings and place the wings on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake approximately for 40-50 minutes or until browned and crisp.

Step 4. While chicken is in the oven, add 5 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 of honey, 1/4 cup of sriracha,
1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons of lime juice (optional) into a pot until mixture starts to bubble.

Step 5. When the wings are cooked, put them in the pot and toss until throughly coated.

Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
