Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 rolls (200g) of egg noodles
green beans (optional)
3 spoons of oyster sauce
1 1/5 spoons of soy sauce
2 spoons of sugar
3 spoons of sriracha
a pinch of pepper
Step 1. Boil 2 rolls of egg noodles.
Step 2. Spray vegetable oil onto the pan and stir-fry shrimps, sausages (optional),
cilantro, bean sprouts, onion, and green beans (optional) in medium heat.
Step 3. As the egg noodle and veggie mix are being cooked, quickly whip up
a bowl of 3 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 1/5 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar,
3 spoons of sriracha, and a pinch of pepper together to make the mi goreng sauce.
Step 4. When the veggie mix looks halfway done, drain the egg noodle and place it inside the pan along with the sauce.
Stir in high heat until the egg noodle looks equally coated in sauce.
